Why, yes there is. A box full of your own books, just published, awaiting your fans and new readers!
One helpful hook is to use a book trailer. Make a trailer for your book. Even if you never share it, the experience will definitely help you write your query letters.
If you're a reader, walk through a musical preview of each of my books.
If you're a writer, think about how you would condense your story into a trailer. Trailers, because of our modern age, must be under two minutes, and 90 seconds is the recommended time.
